Project Specialist Needed

Well established client in Morris County NJ seeks a Project Specialist for a full time, permanent opportunity.  Ideal candidates will have at least 5-8 years exp. at the Executive Assistant level with some project coordination as well.  All candidates must possess a Bachelors degree.  Those w/ Masters degrees highly encouraged to apply.  Skills needed include proficiency with all components of MS Office Suite; establishing, prioritizing and managing project plans; event planning; website management; reviewing client materials and documents prior to publication; interfacing with all levels of management as needed; dealing with outside clients; being flexible at all times with a willingness to do whatever it takes.  Salary range is $75-90K.  Resumes to Harold@smartstaff.jobs or call Harold Levin at 908-508-0300.
