Fact Checking, a term widely associated with political speeches of late, actually relates to the job search process as well.  Many companies take the information you provide as a candidate for employment, both on your resume and job application, and conduct research to verify it's accuracy.  Even the slightest inconsistency could lead you to losing out on a great opportunity.  It is critical to ensure all information you share with potential employers is accurate and truthful!
