Job Applications

When filling out a job application, be sure not to list a desired pay rate which is HIGHER than the maximum stated by the potential employer.  This could accidentally eliminate you from contention before you get the chance to demonstrate why you are a solid candidate for the position.  Common sense is needed at all times!
