Our client, a New York City based bank, is in need of an
experienced (3+ yrs. preferred) Residential Mortgage Processor. Candidates must have experience with Fannie
Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs, MI guidelines, current mortgage industry
file documentation, and QM underwriting standards. Knowledge of Encompass 360 is helpful but not
essential. This is NOT a sales position.
Candidates absolutely need prior background as a Residential Mortgage
processor. Salary t0 $60K with complete
