Temporary opportunity (long term) is available with our
client, a special education learning center, in the Chatham NJ area. The
position requires someone with experience answering phones, serving as the screener
to assess the caller’s needs before routing to other staff members, scheduling
appointments, creating invoices using QuickBooks, handling electronic and paper
correspondence, etc.
MUST be able to
work the following schedule of hours: M-W 10:00 – 6:00, TH 10:00-8:00, Fri. 9:00-3:00. There is a potential for permanent employment
in the future.
