Our Bergen County-based client needs an experienced Help Desk Support person with at least 3-5 years total experience and a minimum of 1-2 years at the Tier 2 level. Position will begin primarily virtually but the candidate must be able to commute to Bergen County as needed with increasing onsite as conditions improve. Must have: Windows 10 operating system and MS Office 2016 troubleshooting exp; extensive knowledge of mobile devices, troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks, excellent communication and problem solving skills, etc. This is a full-time, permanent position w/benefits.
