My client, a Podiatrist in Irvington NJ, is looking for a temporary Office Assistant. Work hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9:45 AM – 5:00 PM. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collection of copayments, and assisting patients in putting their feet into a whirlpool. Bilingual skills are a plus but not essential.
