Responsibilities:
- Participate in conference calls then convert notes into appropriate documentation.
- Prepare, review, and edit all written communications and reports.
- Maintain the schedule and calendar of the Practice Manager and handle all related details.
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain required project documentation and communicate with others to gather needed information.
- 2-4 years experience coordinating the daily activities of a Practice Manager.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented; ability to work under pressure as needed
- Bachelors degree required (Business Administration, Management, English, Communications or similar).
- Excellent communication skills..
- Strong leadership qualities
