Responsibilities:
- Process new hire background checks and related materials.
- Coordinate projects focused on employee recognition and dedication; engagement; and learning..
- Communicate with outside benefits vendors.
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Create reports based on HR metrics.
- Provide updated employee information to payroll department as needed.
- Previous experience in Human Resources (1-2 years) or a combination of work exp and internships.
- Exp. w/ HRIS / HRMS, and all MS Office tools.
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- BS in Human Resources or similar discipline is necessary.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with others while maintaining a professional yet welcoming persona..
