Pet Peeve

A pet peeve reappeared this afternoon.  My phone rang and the caller was responding to a job I posted earlier today. I quickly determined they were not a good fit but I usually allow candidates to ask me a few questions since they took the time to seek employment.  What I do not appreciate is being asked a question then am interrupted the moment I begin replying.  If a recruiter is kind enough to chat, please treat them with respect!
