Senior Administrative Assistant needed who can support our client's team in administering their financial and compliance policies, prepare client reports, assist with tax filings and finance records, manage accounts payable, reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, etc.  Hybrid for now but transitioning to 100% onsite in the Florham Park, NJ area as conditions improve. 4-6 yrs. related experience with proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.  Bachelor's degree preferred. Tax Preparers Needed!!!

 Immediate need for Tax Preparers for my client in Westfield NJ! 25-30 hours per week (flexible). Potential to discuss a perm role with this firm after tax season winds down. Must have several seasons of tax prep for a public accounting firm, exp. w/QuickBooks, willingness to work onsite at all times, proof of COVID vaccine, and availability through the season until at least 4/15/22.
