Paralegal Opportunity

Our client, in Cranford NJ, seeks a Paralegal to provide overall support to  a personal injury attorneys' business needs on a temporary basis (potential to convert to perm).
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, drafting correspondence, answering interrogatories.
  • Investigate facts to help in trial preparation.
  • Communicate with doctors, insurance firms, clients, attorneys, etc.
  • Record and store client information
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience as a paralegal in a personal injury practice is essential.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Paralegal certification program
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our global client's team in Rochelle Park, NJ on a full-time, permanent basis.  You will resolve Tier 2 computer-related issues for your clients via phone, email, and / or remote access.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software including wired and wireless networking issues.
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
  • Previous employment experience in Tier 2 Tech Support (2-4 yrs.)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Associates degree, technical school diploma, or 2 years of college in a technology field of study
  • Prior support of clients using Windows 10 and MS Office 2016
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of issues related to mobile devices
