Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, drafting correspondence, answering interrogatories.
- Investigate facts to help in trial preparation.
- Communicate with doctors, insurance firms, clients, attorneys, etc.
- Record and store client information
- 2-3 years' experience as a paralegal in a personal injury practice is essential.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Paralegal certification program
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
