Global Research Director

Our client, a global executive talent acquisition firm, is looking for a Global Research Manager to lead a team which will provide the research needed to develop candidates to support the recruiting partners within their firm. All candidates must reside within local commuting range of the Paramus NJ area, have at least 10 years of proven history related to staffing, recruiting, talent development, etc.  Exp. w/boutique or privately owned firms preferred.  Impeccable communication skills, the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times, proven research experience, a history of training and mentoring others are all required.  Bachelor's degree or higher needed.
