Staff Accountant!

 Our client, a growing corporation based in Morristown NJ, is adding a Staff Accountant to their team.  The current schedule is hybrid with 3 days per week required onsite.  All candidates must have been vaccinated against Covid-19.   

Candidates must possess 2-4 years actual work experience with at least some of it in public accounting.   Proficiency in Excel and competency w/MS Dynamics 365, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payroll, and Concur is desired.

Exp. w/ journal entries, account analysis, accruals, monthly, quarterly and yearly closings, payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting, financial statements, etc.

Knowledge of US GAAP and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field needed.

Educational Rep, Music

 Educational Representative needed to represent my client, a privately owned musical instrument retailer, and school districts to build upon teacher/supervisor relationships, communications and deliveries. Ability to transport/lift musical instruments is required. Knowledge of musical instruments is needed. Travel between company sites in Union and Morris Counties as well as school districts in Central NJ. Hours: M-F, 9 am to 5 pm. Starts at $18/hour.
