Engineering Manager Needed

A manufacturer of custom built industrial equipment has asked me to fin a new manager for them. Candidate needs to have started as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing environment and become an expert on PLC's then progressed up the latter to the point of leading the engineering process for several years. The company is small so the ideal candidate will come out of a small setting where they were in charge of everything from staffing to training to ordering materials to design and management.
