PSG of Mercer County is very pleased to welcome Susan Wilk, founder and certified stress management instructor at Focused Mind Dynamics, to present "Cultivating Calm in the New Year".
Stress is an undeniable part of our lives, which, if unchecked, can lead to distractions, anxiety, insomnia, problems concentrating, high blood pressure, or other significant health issues.
Susan Wilk has been teaching meditation and stress management for over 10 years. Please join us for a program addressing stress management for those facing the challenges of life in transition and job seeking.
