Hiring for: Case Manager  (NJ1370198)

·         This is a full time position up to 40 hours per week.

·          Develop and coordinate services for residents according to treatment plan (therapy, psychiatry, medical, DCP&P, family contacts, UCM, etc.)

·         Review intake referrals and manage PerformCare queue and other referral sources. Conduct intake interviews.

·         Attend court hearings, IEP meetings, client appointments and other community meetings.

·         Ensure life skills education services are provided and completion of Ansell-Casey life skills assessment.

·         Coordinate activities with arts & recreation coordinator.

·         Assist in coordination of services with resident advisors and therapist.

·         Maintain case records and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

·         Oversee medications dispensed, proper documentation and ensure client medication prescriptions are filled at all times.

·         Keep informed about services available to youth.

·         Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree along with 3 years experience.

Hiring for: Resident Advisor  (NJ1370285)

·         This is a full time position up to 40 hours per week ·         Supervision of teenage residents ages 13-21 in a residential group home. ·         Transportation of residents. ·         Facilitate and supervise activities of residents. ·         Assist with and supervise meal preparation, chore completion. ·         Assist residents and teach them important life skills that will encourage maturity and independence. Document life skills taught. ·         Ensure residents’ safety. ·         Ensure facility is neat and orderly. ·         Provide a positive role model for residents. ·         Applicant should have a High School Diploma/ GED and be 18 years or older. Hiring for: Janitorial / General Maintenance Worker (NJ1370193) ·         This is a full time first shift position that pays between $12-16/hr depending on experience. ·         Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in routine painting, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, event set-up & other maintenance activities. ·         Must be familiar with using hand and power tools and be knowledgeable in buffing and strip/waxing floors. ·         Individual must assist in building’s mechanical systems, maintaining agency vehicles, and ensuring facilities compliance. ·         A valid NJ driver’s license is a must. ·         Applicant should have a High School Diploma/ GED and be 18 years or older.        Benefits for all full time positions listed above include: Leave: Paid holidays, Sick, Vacation/paid time off, Medical Retirement: 401K Insurance: Dental, Health, Life, Disability, Health savings
