HR Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to become a part of our client's team in Saddle brook NJ! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Process new hire background checks and related materials.
  • Coordinate projects focused on employee recognition and dedication; engagement; and  learning..
  • Communicate with outside benefits vendors.
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records.
  • Create reports based on HR metrics.
  • Provide updated employee information to payroll department as needed. 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources (1-2 years) or a combination of work exp and internships.
  • Exp. w/ HRIS / HRMS, and all MS Office tools.
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws. 
  • BS in Human Resources or similar discipline is necessary.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with others while maintaining a professional yet welcoming persona..
