Project Coordinator Needed!

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Bergen County NJ on a temp-to-perm basis. You will be supporting the daily functions of a Practice Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in conference calls then convert notes into appropriate documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and edit all written communications and reports.
  • Maintain the schedule and calendar of the Practice Manager and handle all related details.
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain required project documentation and communicate with others to gather needed information.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years experience coordinating the daily activities of a Practice Manager.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented; ability to work under pressure as needed
  • Bachelors degree required (Business Administration, Management, English, Communications or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills..
  • Strong leadership qualities​
