Administrative Assistant

Our client, a prestigious non-profit organization in the Bernards Township NJ area is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis (Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00). Must have event planning knowledge including customer relations, calendar planning, interfacing with vendors, and being able to sell and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner. Expertise w/MS Excel and the ability to perform daily admin tasks in a timely manner are also essential. Pay rate $16-20 hourly with potential to convert to a permanent role.
