2020 has certainly been a year full of adventures in all aspects of our lives. 2021 appears that it will be a continuation for at least the first few months. There are many uncertainties about the job market as we navigate through this time. I am going to ask a few questions today and would like your feedback before I tackle them.
Are you comfortable venturing out to your workplace during the pandemic?What will your reaction be if a potential employer insists on face-to-face, in-person interviews?
Assuming you have the option to do some work virtually, how many days per week are you comfortable heading to your office?
Some organizations are requiring on-site, team building sessions even if the rest of your schedule is done virtually. Will you feel safe enough to attend these meetings?
How much confidence do you have utilizing mass transportation to get to your workplace now?
These are topics that pop up in conversations frequently. Your thoughts will be deeply valued!
