Non-Profit Management

I spend a lot of my free time volunteering for non-profit organizations.  One thing I have always believed in is that members of a non-profit board should not also serve as employees of the same organization.  This is particularly true at the upper management level.  Conflicts of interest are sure to develop sooner or later.
