Our Bergen County-based client needs an experienced Help Desk Support person with at least 2-3 years total experience. Position will begin in a hybrid format w/about half the time virtual and half at their offices in Bergen County NJ with office presence increasing onsite as conditions improve. Must have solid knowledge of, Windows 10 operating system and MS Office 2016 troubleshooting exp; extensive knowledge of mobile devices, troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks, excellent communication and problem solving skills, etc. This is a full-time, permanent position w/benefits.
