Our Union County NJ client needs a Licensed (NJ) Professional Civil Engineer w/PM exp. Total Civil Engineering exp. should be 10-20 yrs w/3-5+ as PM. The job will consist of oversight of internal team members and consultants in the land development approval process; deadline management; zoning analysis and concept plan preparation; revise site plans (layout, soil erosion, landscape, drainage, etc.); testimonies at public hearings, etc The following are required: BS in Civil Engineering; NJ PE License; exp. w/Land Development Design and Approval; Storm water and Land Use regulations; hands-on w/AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and CIVIL 3D; Civil Engineering exp. w/warehouses and/or vehicle dealerships is helpful. Only those candidates who hold an NJ PE AND live within commuting range of Union County NJ will be considered.
