Adventures in Staffing, Part 14

Today's adventure takes us to the present. My home state of NJ is gradually reopening its doors and people are ever so slowly going back to work. From what I can tell, many companies are still in assessment mode as to their staffing needs (please contact me when you have a handle on things) but a few others have immediate openings. The dilemma I am sensing is that with supplemental unemployment benefits being provided, many individuals are not enthusiastically considering the opportunities out there. Unfortunately, starting salaries after a catastrophic time will drop for a few years. If you are able to ramp up your search now, do so and be realistic as many more people will be on the market as soon as their unemployment benefits are terminated.
